Return Policy
At AMAZINGCOMICS.com we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns will be accepted only if postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received. All merchandise packaging must be unopened and intact. If the item is not returned in the exact same condition, we will at our discretion either not allow the return or issue a credit for less than the purchase price.
If damage is due to shipping, please contact the shipping company as soon as possible and save the shipping carton and all contents.
Please email us at amazingcomics@att.net and we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number for your return.
We CANNOT ACCEPT returns on Comic Books or Sets, Graphic Novels & Hardcover Books, Card Packs, Statues, Mini-Busts & opened Action Figures.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs which are not refundable. Original shipping costs are also not refundable.

Condition
All merchandise we sell is guaranteed to be in brand new, "fresh out of the case" condition unless otherwise specifically noted. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee perfect or C-10 mint condition due to the way merchandise is packed in boxes overseas and due to shipping conditions. All items are hand selected and are in the best condition available at the time.
Condition titles such as: MIP (Mint in Package), New, N/A, etc. basically mean the same thing -"Fresh out of the Case." It's impossible for us to guarantee "Mint" condition because figures don't always come out of cases in "Mint" condition.
Remember that Busts, Mini-Busts & Statues are usually hand-painted and paint variations and minor imperfections occur normally.
All items are carefully inspected before shipping so you can be assured of receiving quality merchandise from AMAZINGCOMICS.com

AMAZINGCOMICS.com recognizes the privacy concerns of visitors to its site on the internet. We will not sell, rent or give out any personal information you provide us unless legally required to do.

Pricing Policy/Quantity Limits
Due to the collectible nature of this business and the wide variety and age of our products, all pricing is subject to change without notice at any time.

All product descriptions, prices, photographs and other content is intended to be as accurate as possible. We are not responsible for any typographical or content errors or manufacturing changes.

We are primarily concerned with serving the collector side of this business and to provide our products to as many collectors as possible. In the interest of fairness to all collectors, we reserve the right to limit quantities purchased of the same item to a maximum of 2 items or less per person. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping, Handling & Materials Fees
All orders ship from Long Beach, California.

Continental U.S. Orders ship via Fedex Ground or UPS. You must provide a valid street address because FEDEX WILL NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

For U.S. Orders you can choose from Ground or USPS. All shipments do not include signature confirmation. If signature confirmation is desired, then $2.00 will be added to the shipping charges.

Shipping, Handling & Materials Fees for U.S. orders can be found in the shopping cart when you choose the method to ship your order.

INTERNATIONAL AND CANADIAN ORDERS are NOT currently calculated by the shopping cart and will be calculated later. International and Canadian orders MUST CHOOSE USPS Airmail in the shopping cart. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated by the weight of the items ordered plus a small fee to cover materials and handling.

International orders may take one week or longer to process depending on the size of the order.

Order Processing Times
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 4-5 days after received except on weekends and holidays. Orders received on weekends will not be processed on weekends but during the week.

PLEASE NOTE: ORDER PROCESSING TIMES ARE NOT PRECISE AND MAY VARY DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF OTHER ORDERS RECEIVED & PROCESSED AT THE TIME.

Larger orders especially those with multiple pieces require extra processing time.
After your order ships, you'll receive an automated tracking number from FEDEX or UPS with an estimated arrival date.




Credit Card Security
AMAZINGCOMICS.COM accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express & Discover/Novus credit cards. All credit card numbers, personal information & order information are encrypted using 128 bit SSL encryption and are not decrypted until after they reach our computers. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server.

Payment Choices
At this time we accept American Express, Discover, VISA, Master Card, Paypal and Money Orders only.

PAYPAL.COM: Now accepting payments through Paypal.com! To make a payment, please login to your account at Paypal.com and manually send the grand total amount of your order to: orders@amazingcomics.com. Please include your receipt number with your payment.

MONEY ORDERS: If you pay by money order, you must send your payment immediately. We will not ship your order until we receive your money order. Your money order must be received by us within 7 days or the order will be cancelled.

CREDIT CARDS: Credit cards are not charged at the time the order is placed. They're charged after the order has been processed and is getting ready to be shipped.

YOUR "SOLD TO" CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ADDRESS MUST EXACTLY MATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLING/STATEMENT ADDRESS. At AmazingComics.com we're very concerned with credit card security. As a result, on all credit card orders we require your customer "Sold to" Address to exactly match the billing/statement address and the zip code for your credit card. Orders will not be shipped if these addresses do not match.

DECLINED CREDIT CARDS: Before you submit your order, please make sure your credit cards will accept your purchase amount. Debit/Credit Cards sometimes have limits on the number of transactions per day, holds on the account, or other limitations that will cause a decline.
Declined credit cards cause extra, unnecessary work to resolve and will delay shipping your order. If your credit card is declined more than twice, your order may be cancelled and you will be notified.

What is a CVV2 Code?
The CVV2 code is a security code found on most credit cards. It's usually a 3-digit number found on the back signature strip of the card. If more than one group of numbers is on the signature strip, it's usually the last 3 numbers found there.

For American Express cards, the CVV2 code is a 4-digit number found on the front of the card. This number is non-embossed and above the credit card number to the right.

Is the item I ordered In-Stock?
Quantities on hand may sometimes vary due to other orders placed at the same time and inventory updates that have not occurred yet. It is possible for an item to be confirmed as "In-Stock" that is actually "Out of Stock." If this occurrs, we will notify you before shipping and your credit card will only be billed for the "In-Stock" items.

International Orders
At this time, we're shipping all Canadian orders.

We've also opened up shipping to some international countries on a limited basis only. Please keep in mind that international orders require extra time to process due to different requirements for each country.
Payment is accepted in International Money Orders in U.S. Dollars or by credit card through our secure shopping cart.
International orders are shipped via USPS Global Airmail or USPS Global Priority Mail (if under 4 lbs.).
Shipping and handling charges for International orders are primarily based on the weight of the order plus a small amount for packing supplies.

When submitting your order online, you can use both address lines to enter your shipping information. Please also confirm your address in the "Shipping Notes" section.
International orders are declared at the full item value and are listed as a "Sale" on the customs form. We do not ship international orders as "Gifts."

Please note that our retail store is a separate division of Amazing Comics & Cards and is unable to answer shipping questions or provide tracking number information. These requests should be sent via email.

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations made after an order has already been shipped are not eligible for a refund of shipping charges and/or return shipping charges.

Did My Order Go Through?
You should receive an automatic email confirmation of your order right after you place it. If you don't receive one, then your order may not have been successful. This sometimes occurs if items are left in the shopping cart too long before checking out.

To avoid confusion and order repetition, please don't place your order again until you first send an email to service@amazingcomics.com. Since our retail store is a separate division of our company, calling the store phone number is not the best way to find out if your order was processed. Thank you.
